The leader of a Latino church in Patchogue says his congregation was targeted in a possible hate crime.
It happened at the Iglesia Evangelica Refugio de Salvacion – the Pentecostal Church Refuge of Salvation – on Railroad Avenue.
The pastor says notes targeting Hispanics were found inside the church and on the alter.
