Whatever happened to that “post-racial” America we were supposed to be living in?
Whatever happened to those warm and fuzzy feelings we got when we elected America’s first black president?
Whatever happened to being so proud of ourselves for having bridged the racial divide?

Venezuelan prosecutors have filed charges against eight police officers and three other people, accusing them of involvement in a January attack on Caracas’ largest synagogue, prosecutors said Thursday.

Unbelievably the effects of a racially charged campaign are playing out in the new consciousness of America. Suddenly, there is racism in every word and every image. Authorities arrested 11 people, including seven police officers, suspected of carrying out an attack on a Caracas synagogue that raised concerns of rising of anti-Semitism in Venezuela, officials said Sunday.
